I found this hairspray when I was living in Spain. It is definitely THE BEST and gets a 10 out of 10 rating. It holds your hair in place, without making it stiff, and nasty to touch. It is hard to find in Salt Lake but, I have seen it at Nordstom Rack, just in front of the checkout lanes. Hope you will love it as much as I do. O and it smells good too.
